Overview[]

Improved Titan Boombox is the more advanced and complex version of the Repaired Titan Boombox, equipped with multiple modes and abilities that make it one of the most formidable foes in the game. Its immense power is showcased by its ability to destroy any enemy in an instant, with its strength increasing when the user charges it up using specific abilities.

Abilities[]

Press Z or C to change modes, with C cycling to the right and Z cycling to the left.

  • Sword Slash (Tool):

- The third strike produces 4 SONAR shockwaves, dealing stacking damage.

- Damage scales with velocity, meaning faster movement increases the slash’s damage (the default damage for the Sword Slash is 600).

- Regenerates a small amount of health and stamina, making it a reliable energy-free alternative.

Mode: Default[]

  • Blaster Fire (Tool):

- Between 20-29 energy: Fires a single projectile dealing 650 damage, costing 10% of energy

- Above 30 energy: Fires multiple projectiles, each dealing 650 damage, costing 10% of energy per orb.

R - Core Blast: Fully charging the core deals an impressive 4,545 damage. However, the attack may not reach its full potential if not charged to maximum. This ability has an approximate 30-second cooldown after usage, due to its high damage output.

  • F - Stomp: Creates a shockwave that deals 100 damage to nearby enemies.
  • Left Shift - Dash:

- Costs 1/3 of stamina per dash.

-Stamina regenerates slower than energy. But can quickly recharge but hitting an enemy with your sword.

-Grants a brief forcefield while the Improved Titan Boombox is dashing.

-Dashing while utilizing the Jetpack will make the Improved Titan Boombox perform a spin dash, which doesn't contribute to anything special but it is a feature.

  • T - Scream: Deals stacking damage, with each tick inflicting 100 damage.
  • Q - Blaster Alt Fire: Costs 35 energy per activation, adding 1 to the charge counter. The charge allows the blasters to fire a giant blow, initially dealing 1,250 damage. Damage increases with additional charges. Can only be activated at 45+ energy.
  • G - Energy Recharge: Boosts the energy bar by 20%. Activating Energy Recharge when the bar is full grants a shield (actually an armor), which also has an energy bar that decreases over time. The shield depletes faster when hit by enemies. Activating Energy Recharge again while the energy bar is full will recharge the shield using the available energy.

Mode: Laser[]

  • Q - Grenade: A grenade is thrown, which deals 500 damage towards any surrounding enemies upon explosion. Before utilizing this ability again, the user must wait about 30 seconds.
  • Blaster Fire (Tool): Converts into a laser cannon that slowly depletes energy the longer it is active. Deals about 5 to 15 rapid stacking damage if aiming at an enemy.

Mode: Rapid[]

  • Blaster Fire (Tool): Allows the blaster to fire rapidly, with each blast dealing 75 damage. Energy depletes slowly during use.
  • Q - Blaster Alt Fire (Rapid Mode): Speeds up blaster fire significantly when the overheat bar is halfway full or full. Activating this ability consumes half of the heat sink, leaving the remaining half available for a second use. The heat sink bar gradually refills over time, limiting consecutive uses of the ability.

Air Abilities[]

  • Shift - Air Dash:

- Just a dash, but on mid air. Boosting your mobility to around 400 studs per second. When used while flying would cancel the flight, but goes on dashing instead. Can be used to combo with other ability or tools such as, swordslash and stomp. Activate by pressing Shift Key while mid air.

  • T, R - Stun Blast:

- T The Air Version of Core Orb, it must be held to charge. Creates a massive spherical shockwave that damages enemies for 605 and stuns them temporarily (activated using T).

- R There is also another air ability that is named Stun Blast. Its grounded ability, referred to as Scream, creates a smaller shockwave that lightly flings enemies while inflicting 500 damage (activated using R).

>> These 2 abilities (T, R - air variants) can be combo together, by timing them correctly. This can also be combo together with AirDash-Sonar-Slam combo (see in gallery) and a sword.

  • F - Ground Slam:

- Slams the ground, creating an expanding shockwave that deals over 200 damage, additionally launching enemies upwards.

- If performed from a high enough altitude, an additional orange-coloured sonar is created upon impact, dealing an additional damage that also launching enemies upwards, note that the orange-one expanding quite faster than normal shockwave.

  • Double Jump / Spacebar X2 - Jetpack:

- Grants the Improved Titan Boombox flight at a maximum velocity of 115.

- The Improved Titan Boombox can boost its speed by jumping (for mobile players) or pressing the spacebar, each boost costing 20% of energy. Combining this with dashing allows the Improved Titan Boombox to reach 400 velocity, significantly enhancing the damage dealt by its sword.


Trivia[]

  1. Improved Titan Boombox’s theme is called “Scourge of the Universe” from Terraria Calamity. (Try it when you have time, it’s nice)
  2. He’s the 2nd Titan (and the only boombox units) in the game that utilizes EnergyShields, first being Improved Titan Telescope.
    • And also the first Titan to use grenade. Yes. A GRENADE .
  3. He’s the first Titan in the game that able to utilize the stamina bar for combat advantage.
  4. He might be the Titan that had LARGEST RADIUS of the stomp variant (sonar ground slam from high altitude), with the former champion being Ultra Titan Sawblade Man, who had 2nd largest stomp radius.
  5. He had the 3rd most HP (being 6,000 HP) , with the second being Improved Titan Telescope and Ultra Titan TeslaMan (they’re both had same amount 9,000 HP), and the first being Ultra Titan Sawblade Man (outstanding with 14,000 HP).
  6. Using Blaster Altfire (Alternative fire), in default mode theoretically are able to charge at ANY AMOUNT (Even more than 3 digit numbers) that you want, meaning that you can simply 1 hit kill any enemy at ease (single target) , even Ultra Windah Box.
  7. He’s the second Titan in the game that appears to be WITHOUT TitanPunch in toolbar, with the first character being Improved Titan Telescope.
  8. He’s the fastest Titan in the game, outstanding with 400 studs per second.

  9. Improved Titan Boombox could be the first (and could be the only) Titan in the game that have multi-functional systems associated with core functionalities.
    • The ability which is: core orb, core AOE shock, and core energy recovery (recharge system)
  10. This Titan have lost their core laser beam ability, which replaced with core orbs and laser mode (Blaster item)
  11. This Titan could be the only Titan Unit that have a noticeable health recovery system (using swordslash item, it is basically life steal type ability).
  12. The groundslam ability’s damage doesn’t related to how high you’re falling from; no matter how long you’re falling, the damage dealt would still be the same (around 400 on almost all character, the damage would be 200 for some of them).
  13. Improved Titan Boombox’s scream (air variant), despite the ability’s appearance indeed look identical to Boombox Woman’s version. It does NOT deflect gunner boxes variants’ projectiles..Literally none of them had been deflected.
  14. He used to cost 200 robux to by the gamepass.
    • it was currently increased to 350 robux.
